Frequent flyer Kalam a drain on exchequer?

Ex-President Kalam has great demand in the lecture circuit. In the past 2 years, he has gone on 20-25 foreign visits, averaging one trip a month, incurring a security cost of about $1,000 per day. So govt is now mulling a cap on such visits.
